Vtg 70s Atlantic Mold Ceramic Glazed 12 Santa Claus with Bag Toys-22k Gold Bell

  

Up For Sale Is This. W/ Toy Bag & Gold Bell. He is signed on the underside with an initial/initials?

This Santa figure is made of glazed ceramic pottery and textured with mica glitter. His toy bag & bell are accented w/22k gold paint. His double fired-glass/glazing makes him heavy & stronger than similar Santa's that are not glazed but rather painted with acrylics and sprayed. This Santa weighs a little over 4 lbs.

Measures Approx 13 in length. 12" in height, and 5" in width. He is in Very Good used vintage condition.

Has no cracks or breaks. Although, he has a few small chips/rough areas, around the base of his boots. That are paint sealed & barely noticeable unless you feel for them. See last 3 photos of close ups. This Santa would make a great addition to any Vintage Retro Christmas Collection! He is most likely from Atlantic Molds. Makers marks can be easily lost in the ceramic process of cleaning & glazing and/or wear on molds.
