Vintage Old German Santa Claus in Horse Drawn Wicker Wagon

  
Offered is this wonderful old Santa Claus riding in a wagon with horse. I believe it was made in Germany, about the 1940's. Santa is in good condition with some spotting to his felt pants and chipping to his boots. Wicker wagon is in very nice condition. The horse did not fare as well, I believe moths got into the fur mane and mohair.

I see some glue to the paper tack and the left front hoof has broken and been repaired. He presents well but close inspection shows the damages. The cart measures about 11.5" long, display as shown is about 17" long. Cart is 6" high and Santa sits 8.5" high in the cart. Horse is 7" long and 7.5" high.

No marks on this display. I placed a tree and some old toys in the back of his wagon for display, they are NOT included with this sale. Check your restrictions before purchasing please! All items I sell are vintage and most are antique. I show lots of detailed photos for your consideration.
