Two unusual Brown Beard Vintage Santas 11 inches High, Made in Japan. Fur thinning on top front of one hat.

Black ribbon belts with silver paper buckles. Small tear on one Santa's sack and tiny holes in fabric on upper left leg. He is holding a broken switch in his right arm. One has a missing right hand, unnoticeable under fur covered sleeve. Very substantial looking Santas in good condition!
