About the company Kleinkunst from the Erzgebirge Müller GmbH. "Wood art with heart" from the Müllersche Werkstätten since 1899 The tradition of Erzgebirge craftsmanship from the Müllersche Werkstätten goes back to 1899.
Their family business was founded in Seiffen by their great-grandfather, Edmund Oswald Müller, over 110 years ago. His handicraft production was extremely diverse. It ranged from children's toys to the typical Seiffen miniatures in matchboxes to complete doll furniture in the style of the time. In 1943, Grandpa Paul took over the business and continued to run it in the spirit of the company founder. He was already gaining worldwide recognition for his natural wooden products. At the end of the 1950s, the extensive range was expanded to include pyramids, among other things. From 1973 until 2000, the workshops were under the management of his father, Gunter Müller.
The range has been stylishly completed and expanded. Whether it's music boxes, fine miniatures, pyramids or varied candle arches, our lovely wooden things have helped to make the Seiffen toy village famous. The fate of the workshops has been in the hands of Ringo Müller since 2001. As a result, the good, craftsmanship tradition remains alive in the fourth generation.
The first large and completely internally illuminated candle arch "Seiffener Dorf" was his masterpiece and today, as part of the diverse product range in production, testifies to the long tradition of our company.
