The first decade he was only displayed indoors and not always lit-up. Measures approximately 4 feet tall (46 inches) by 20 inches wide. A girth of about 49 to 50 inches. He said I had requested a lump of coal and he was confused. Only the naughty list gets coal and he ran out over Washington D. He then tried to negotiate getting me coal because could go back and take back the coal. There's a big order for a brick wall. So after much back and forth I finally asked Santa for World Peace.
