The mechanic parts need to be replaced in order for the mechanical aspect to work. When you turn it on, the motor starts making noise, but Santa doesn't move.

Santa is in acceptable condition. He needs cleaning and restoration. The paint on his face has faded, his clothes have some minor soiling and small holes. His hair and beard are falling out.
