It's in amazing condition, except some scuffs on the boots (which is probably an easy fix)There is a small spot on the back seam, mainly underneath the waist coat/belt (see last pic). I haven't tried to clean it, but I think that anyone that knows about fabric and dolls, will be able to fix it. It's not very noticeable, and is almost completely covered by the waistcoat/belt piece (most of the Santas are missing those, now).
