Up for sale is an early 1960s ALFCO NY Artistic Latex Form rare Santa Claus Christmas Figurine This Santa Claus is sure to be a special piece in your Christmas collection! Manufactured early "blow mold" type figures from a latex compound, typically choir children. A Santa Claus latex form figure is extremely rare. If you can find any of these at all it will probably not have legs, as the legs were know to collapse on these.

Of the two that have ever been on the internet both of them had collapsed legs. One solution for this is to just put him coming out of a chimney.

The bottom of mine almost looks like that's what it was formed for. The composition like material that these are made of just didn't stand the test of time. I believe that's why these are so hard to find. It looks like his left hand has been reglued back on. Other than that it has normal crazing cracks typical with this type of composition material.

We will have to be careful of his left arm, as it has a crack around the inside. He's still in good enough condition to be proud to display. He's about 20 tall and weighs about 8.5 lbs.
