Large antique jointed composition SANTA CLAUS doll figure, molded beard & boots

  
He knows if you've been GOOD. This wonderful, large, 19" tall, traditional composition, SANTA CLAUS, doll will surely bring "visions of sugar plums each time you display him. Produced, circa 1930s, by Freundlich Novelty Corp. He has a beautifully molded and painted, swivel neck head featuring heavy white eyebrows, mustache and full beard as well as those "twinkling brown eyes" and "droll little mouth", realistically molded wrinkles and beautiful rosy cheeks. His molded and painted red stocking cap has a molded band of white "fur".

He wears his original, two-piece red cotton suit with white trim, pompoms, red elastic suspenders and molded and painted big black boots. He is in remarkably good overall condition with no repainting, some paint crazing and flakes to his hands, torso and boots, no damages or repairs, no fading or stains and no odors as he is from a smoke free home. This vintage, Santa Claus doll has joints at his shoulders so that he can be posed and sturdy flat, booted feet to stand well.

There are some paint flakes inside one of his hands and on the back of his boots that could be touched up. Other antique toys are not included and will each be listed separately.
