Kidrobot Estate MERRY X'MAS X'MAS SPECIAL SANTA CLAUS 5.5 + Tee Shirt Rare

  
I tried to find more information about this figure but gave up after 30 minutes of searching. I know Santa was made by Estate and the white Tee Shirt is probably a large (No Size). The box says Santa comes with a Tee Shirt & key holder and the box photo shows Santa with a red present bag. There is no red bag and I have no idea what the key holder is (maybe the red bag).
