Beleive it is an early Bethany Lowe as she is a local artist however, there are no tags or signatures that I can find. The intricate and vibrant detail to his face and hands are definately her style - see pics. He is stuffed Plush and Dressed in Velvet and is poseable but he can not stand on his own.
