Merrytymes Collectible Santa Vintage Father Christmas Antique Quilt Robe. This exquisite handmade Santa is ready to grace your home this Christmas season, or to add to your collection to display year round. This doll is created with amazing detail to every element by the artist Linda Russell. (See photos) Face and hands are sculpted from clay. Merrytymes card attached to doll. Santa stands approximately 22" tall and 12" wide at the base and across his shoulders. Doll is permanently mounted on a wood base. Base is signed, numbered 2 of 4 and dated 1990. Decked out in his formal attire, Santa is ready to start his yearly deliveries.

His fur trimmed robe is made from an antique quilt to keep him warm on his trip. Making his final trip to the sleigh, he is carrying a violin, rocking horse, his lantern, and bag full of gifts with a Christmas tree, books and teddy bear poking out of the top.

As a vendor, we got first access to items as we were setting up our booths. I couldn't choose just one, so I bought 2.

The second one is in a separate listing. They have been stored in a dry, cool, and smoke free environment. Figure is in perfect condition showing no signs of storage.
