1:12 scale Santa ready to dress for the holiday! He has magnets in his shoes so he can stand on anything a magnet can stick to, in the pictures he is posed on a jar lid, most of the pictures the lid is hidden under thin fabric. He is a little under 6, so shorter than average dollhouse man since he is an older gent but taller than the average dollhouse woman. I have sculpted in clay for years but have never been able to achieve as high level of symmetry and detail that I can obtain in ZBrush.

She was then prepared for printing in a slicing program and printed on a SLA 3D printer. The printing process takes about 15 hours. After he is printed I clean off uncured resin then put him under UV lights to finishes curing process. I seal her in clear matte UV protecting spray then paint her with acrylic and water color paints and blush with pastel chalks (no oil), the paints are sealed in layers with the matte UV spray to set in the paint and protect it.

His head was attached with elastic and her body wire was glued with a hot glue gun and arms and legs were filled out by wrapping with foam. Finally I made his wig out of mohair.
