Antique Christmas Felt Robe Santa Claus Figure

  

This antique Christmas Santa figure ornament measures approximately 7 1/2 tall. He is not free standing and was used as an ornament or in a sled in the house where we acquired him.

He was made in Japan. He had a beautiful molded and painted face. His long robe is trimmed in chenille. Some of chenille is missing on his robe. He has spun cotton legs and feet. He had molded clay hands. He is in good used condition having normal age discoloration. He has a magnificent face.
