35 TALL 1960's Roly Poly Santa Claus CHRISTMAS Plush Excelsior Stuffed Doll

  
Offered is a large, jolly, 1960's (I believe, or maybe older) roly-poly Santa Claus plush figure. This cheerful and festive Santa has a plastic/celluloid face with side glancing eyes and rosy red cheeks. Made of a flannel-like furry material and faux fur and stuffed with what feels like excelsior. The original felt belt and buckle as well as white pom pom are all intact. Santa is in very good to excellent vintage condition with normal wear/dust from years of loving use.

Fabric still appears vibrant as does the hard plastic face. No rips or repairs found. He is stuffed tightly to the tip of his stocking hat.

There is a dent on his right eye brow and although has been aired out and de-linted, still retains some mustiness. Please see all photos for more detail on condition. Measurements: 35"H x24"W x12D.
