Vintage Baby-faced Santa Claus Cloth Dollsuper Cute

  
Offering an adorable vintage Christmas Santa Claus cloth doll. This Santa measures 11 tall and is all-original. His body is soft-stuffed and his clothing is made of felt which has faded to a gorgeous brown color over the years. His belt and boots are made of a leather-type of material. He still retains his original scarf, beard, hat, belt and bells. He has a cotton-type beard that has yellowed from age.

His head is made of rubber and we believe he dates to the 1940s or possibly earlier. His wonderful hat has a bell attached and the hat is removable. I have kept it on a teddy bear, but Santa gets it back at Christmas! We have searched extensively online for other examples of cloth Santa dolls and have not found any that resembles this one. His faded tones makes him look wonderful paired up with other vintage and antique toyshe is seen in one photo with his Steiff teddy companion (not included).

This doll is in very good condition with no holes and no odors. He has a faint red line that looks like a marker stain on the back of his left arm as seen and overall dust and soiling on his clothing and beard.

The bell on his shirt looks like it was restitched back on at some point and there's a small indention from the bell behind it. Otherwise, Santa is in great shape and he even stands on his own!
