Vintage 13 inch paper-mache Santa Claus thought to be a store display piece

  
Very rare - never seen before - jolly old St Nicholas - Santa Claus figure - about 13 inches high. I believe it is made of paper-mache. You can lay one of those lights in his hand. I showed it to a Disney expert and he did not think that's what it was. He said it is a great old Santa Claus figure nonetheless.

So, I will see if anyone else would like it for their vintage Santa or Christmas collection. If not, I will just keep him. It does not stand on its own - it is a little out of balance - I have it propped up in the photos. I made a primitive stand which I will send along.
