The decor blocks are brand new and sealed. The Humble Bumble & Friends has been opened but all figures still attached. The Ultimate Figure Collection has also been opened and all figured still attached. I believe they were both taken out and displayed like that instead of taken them all out. There is some wear to the boxes as you can see in the picture.
