Oversize 30 Antique vintage cloth SANTA CLAUS doll store display figure c1930s

  

Here is one of the nicest vintage or antique "SANTA CLAUS, BELSNICKEL, FATHER CHRISTMAS" dolls we have offered! Traditional, wonderful, large, antique (circa 1930), " SANTA Claus", doll has arrived just in time for the Christmas Holidays! He measures, 30 tall, with a few additional inches to the tip of his red stocking cap with original bell.

He stands well on his own as his large, black plastic boots have wide, hard soles and wide black cuff tops. He has a sturdy, firmly-stuffed, muslin cloth body with cloth arms having large mitt-type hands with separate thumbs and his cloth head has the original, sewn on, wonderful mask face with charming molded and painted features including those side-glancing, " twinkling" blue eyes, thick white eyebrows, rosy cheeks and droll, smiling mouth covered by his original, sewn-on, thick white, hair, mustache and long wavy beard. He wears his original, shiny red, two-piece suit & cap with white "fur" trim and big white "fur" mittens and wide black belt with big buckle. He is in excellent very clean condition, no damages, stains or tears, no repairs and no odors as he is from a smoke free chimney. This vintage, STORE DISPLEY, Christmas doll is ready to " make your holidays merry and bright " and sure to become a family heirloom! He also works well with the large size, play pal dolls like our big Betsy McCall family (see last photo) which are NOT included.
